Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly trend briefings on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Advise R&D teams on emerging innovation opportunities aligned with 2026 vision
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for tech-driven organizations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
