Responsibilities
- Design and lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using machine learning and scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Create proprietary trend reports published in industry journals and white papers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Mentor junior analysts in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in predictive modeling and quantitative forecasting tools
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or thought leadership
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
