Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents and future-state whitepapers
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence
- Present future insights to investors and board members using compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, space commercialization, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
