As a key member of our Global Futures team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leads, and cross-functional innovators to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies, scenario planning, and stakeholder engagement to drive evidence-based decision-making that positions us as industry pioneers in the rapidly evolving 2026 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes and competitive dynamics
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models for product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive stakeholders and influence high-level strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight outputs into actionable recommendations for product development teams
- Champion a culture of innovation and future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects that influenced organizational strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation transformation
