Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and disruption preparedness
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into product development frameworks and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
