Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts to identify future opportunities and risks.
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovation initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Establish and maintain a robust foresight framework, including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and R&D to integrate future insights into business strategies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and thought leadership forums.
- Mentor and develop talent within the innovation team, fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Business, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their potential impact.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with foresight methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis.
