Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients navigating 2025-2030 transitions
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to build organizational resilience
- Prototype future-state solutions using rapid innovation sprints and emerging tech stacks
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive industry shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven experience translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives or ventures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
