Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Lead executive workshops on emerging risks and opportunities across global markets
- Build and maintain expert networks across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce high-impact research reports on future-proofing organizational resilience

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published research on future-of-work or digital transformation trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
