Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating foresight insights into innovation roadmaps and product development
- Design and execute organizational change initiatives to embed adaptive capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies and implementing organizational change
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
