Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented based on future forecasts
- Experience scaling foresight processes in fast-paced tech or innovation-driven environments
