- Analyze emerging tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and global megatrends to inform 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based models for disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Lead executive workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for stakeholders across finance, R&D, and product divisions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on long-term competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology Policy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic initiatives
