Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning and scenario planning for 2026-2030 technology landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish innovation frameworks for emerging market opportunities
- Author high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
