Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Advise board members on emerging policy/regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
