Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, socio-economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop multi-year strategic frameworks with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing enterprises
- Drive innovation pipeline development with 5-10 year horizons
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption readiness
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record in translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
