Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across teams
- Present trend forecasts at industry conferences and client summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate foresight or strategic innovation
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
