Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum/AI convergence and climate tech disruption
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and metaverse infrastructure
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation resilience
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and trend analysis
- Curate annual Tech Frontier Summit with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Experience with cross-industry ecosystem mapping
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on multi-billion-dollar tech initiatives
