Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (biotech, quantum computing, climate tech) to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Create scenario-planning models for high-stakes client engagements in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops using design thinking and speculative methodologies
- Produce executive-grade white papers and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through published research
- Integrate AI-driven trend analysis with human intuition for holistic forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Future Studies Journal)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major foresight projects with measurable outcomes
