Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future scenarios and impact assessments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with policy analysis and regulatory foresight
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or APF)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
