Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis across tech, policy, and social domains
- Develop and executive foresight frameworks using scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, bioengineering, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders via high-impact executive briefings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for continuous intelligence gathering
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and emerging technology forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in technology foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trend analysis
- Experience with climate resilience frameworks and sustainable development principles
- Portfolio of successful strategic foresight projects delivered at enterprise scale
