- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and risk mitigation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Design and oversee implementation of future-proof organizational structures and talent strategies
- Represent company vision at global forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with C-suite exposure
- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
