Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ market landscape
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with future market needs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry publications
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
