Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 predictive scenarios using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and AI-driven forecasting models
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executives to translate foresight insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for Fortune 500 partners on disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Design and maintain proprietary foresight frameworks including 'Impact Probability Matrices' and 'Cultural Sensitivity Indices'
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our 2026 Innovation Lab
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the 'Horizon Signals' global intelligence network
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Strategic Foresight (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (journals/books)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic pivots and disruption preparedness
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, APF) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
