Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for enterprise clients in emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and Web3 domains
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven futurist or innovation leadership experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
