Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable LLM pipelines using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce operational latency for real-time applications.
- Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the AI team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
