Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM inference pipelines optimized for high-throughput production environments.
- Design novel prompt engineering frameworks and fine-tuning strategies for next-generation model architectures.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to integrate Generative AI into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Implement rigorous model safety protocols, including bias mitigation and ethical AI compliance.
- Optimize training throughput and memory efficiency using distributed computing techniques and quantization.
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure model performance against industry benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Alignment techniques.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
