Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise cloud infrastructure
- Manage Azure/AWS environments and DevOps pipelines
- Lead security incident response and vulnerability remediation
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior team members on remote collaboration tools
- Implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks

Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support/operations
