Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT equipment, including deployment, maintenance, and recycling of company-provided gear.
- Configure and maintain remote access solutions, VPNs, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams) to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical pain points and implement scalable solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management to protect company assets and data.
- Train new employees on company systems and best practices for remote work.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and virtualization platforms.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into plain English.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification is a plus.
