Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 remote technical support for enterprise systems and cloud platforms
- Develop and implement IT security protocols across remote workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure performance
- Create and maintain technical documentation for remote workflows
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for remote teams
- Monitor system health and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Mentor junior support staff through virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications
- Expertise in remote desktop infrastructure (VDI) and VPN technologies
- Proven experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong analytical skills for complex troubleshooting in virtual environments
- Exceptional written communication for remote stakeholder management
- Experience with ITIL framework and change management processes
