Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to support our core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for our 2026 innovations.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, robustness, and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
