Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of complex web applications using Next.js (App Router & Pages Router) and the latest React features.
- Architect server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) strategies to optimize Core Web Vitals and SEO performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust, scalable code.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated testing and deployment workflows.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for the engineering team.
- Integrate third-party APIs and data sources securely, focusing on data privacy and compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Conduct performance profiling and optimization to ensure the application loads instantly on all devices.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript for type-safe development.
- Strong understanding of modern CSS frameworks, specifically Tailwind CSS or styled-components.
- Experience with Node.js and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda/Vercel).
- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit or Context API.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
