Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems via remote channels during overnight shifts
- Monitor and resolve network infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity incidents
- Document all ticket resolutions, knowledge base contributions, and system updates
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-timezone system deployments and maintenance
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures
- Lead incident response protocols for critical outages during assigned shifts
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with 24/7 operations background
- Expertise in Windows Server, AWS/Azure, and network troubleshooting (CCNP/CEH preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong documentation skills with experience in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow/Jira)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex technical escalations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in dynamic overnight environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global stakeholder interactions
