Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from research to implementation for SaaS healthcare platforms
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs in Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Establish design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation
- Present design rationale to stakeholders using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with B2B SaaS portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Proven track record designing complex healthcare/digital health applications
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Portfolio demonstrating design systems and end-to-end projects
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
