Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web/mobile products using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with SaaS platforms
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design mastery
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (A/B testing, surveys)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
