Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for B2B SaaS products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Optimize user flows and conversion funnels through data-driven design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with SaaS platforms
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing and data-informed design iterations
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with remote team collaboration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
