Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for B2B SaaS products
- Conduct user research and create data-driven design artifacts
- Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions

- Mentor junior designers through design critiques

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
