Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation for web/mobile applications
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Create design documentation and maintain component libraries
- Present design strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
