- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Figma, Jira, and Miro
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers through virtual workshops and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with 2+ years in remote work settings
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS product designs
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
