Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new product features and platform enhancements.
- Translate complex user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning designs.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed design specifications in Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery process.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design system and standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to design for complex user journeys.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, with advanced knowledge of prototyping and design systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile environment.
