Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex B2B SaaS products
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems for scalable product consistency
- Present design strategies to C-level stakeholders and executive committees
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product design with SaaS portfolios
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (usability testing, interviews)
- Proven ability to design complex enterprise-level interfaces
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on product metrics
- Excellent communication skills for remote stakeholder alignment
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
