The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and strategic business goals. You will own the product lifecycle, lead cross-functional squads, and drive revenue growth—all while enjoying the flexibility of 100% remote work.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Remote Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and QA specialists, fostering a collaborative remote culture.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize SQL and analytics tools to drive product iterations based on user feedback and KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product updates to stakeholders in the San Francisco Bay Area and globally.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into market competitors to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Agile Methodology: Spearhead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring sprint goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the San Francisco tech ecosystem or remote-first organizations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage ambiguity.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
- Location: Must be based in California or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (for on-site team syncs).
