Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle strategy for SaaS platform serving financial services sector
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses
- Develop detailed product requirements documents and prioritize backlogs using JIRA
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery
- Define KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success and ROI
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior PMs and facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Proven track record shipping complex products in regulated industries (finance preferred)
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency and A/B testing experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
