Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on market research and user feedback
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and maintain Jira/Confluence documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze product metrics and A/B test results to drive data-driven decisions
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and quarterly reviews
- Mentor junior product managers and conduct regular 1:1s
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record launching successful B2B products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with Figma for product design collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating product lifecycle ownership
