Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and vision by analyzing market trends and user feedback
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver high-impact features
- Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with engineering teams
- Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior PMs and foster product excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS platforms
- Proven track record launching B2B products with $1M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics tools (Amplitude/Mixpanel)
- Strong quantitative skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with remote team leadership across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
