Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews across government agencies
- Analyze market trends to identify product opportunities
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Develop KPIs and track product performance metrics
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS platforms
- Proven track record managing products for government/public sector clients
- Expertise in agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with federal compliance requirements (FISMA, FedRAMP)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
