Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs
- Lead agile ceremonies and prioritize backlogs using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Define KPIs and track product performance through comprehensive analytics

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA/Asana
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with distributed teams and async collaboration tools
