Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation, through development, to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional Agile squads comprising engineers, designers, and QA specialists.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to uncover market gaps and drive product strategy.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-value solutions.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the SaaS or Logistics technology sector.
- Proven experience leading teams in a remote-first or distributed environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience working with engineering teams (e.g., Python, React, Node.js).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Experience with SQL, A/B testing, and data analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
