Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for B2B SaaS platform using market research and stakeholder feedback
- Lead agile development cycles, prioritizing features based on ROI and user impact
- Conduct user interviews and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze product metrics and present insights to executive leadership
- Maintain Jira/Confluence documentation and maintain product backlog health
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record launching successful B2B products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong remote collaboration skills with distributed teams
- Experience with product discovery frameworks (Jobs-to-be-Done, Value Proposition Design)
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
