Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on market research and customer feedback
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
- Conduct user interviews and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products from concept to scale
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with remote work environments and asynchronous collaboration
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., CPM, PMP) preferred
