Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for B2B fintech platforms serving 500K+ users
- Lead cross-functional agile teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver quarterly milestones
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to prioritize feature development
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior product managers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years product management experience with SaaS/fintech products
- Proven track record launching enterprise-level digital products
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization tools
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) or MBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience working fully remote for 3+ years
