Responsibilities
- Define & Own Roadmap: Create and maintain a product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to ensure successful delivery.
- User-Centric Design: Lead user research and analysis to define product requirements and user stories.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics to measure product performance and iterate on features to maximize ROI.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with sales and customer success teams to launch new features and drive adoption.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Stand-ups) and remove blockers to ensure team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and agile methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose innovative solutions.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in Oakland, CA (for tax/compliance purposes).
